There's a lot of talk in this industry about vision, about promise, about "what's coming." At Arroyo Pescado, we'd rather show you the work.

Over the past months, construction has been moving steadily on the property, 13,000 hectares on the Arroyo Pescado Spring Creek & Río Tecka, and every phase has followed the same principle we built The River House Group on: build it right, build it to last, and build it the way we'd want to fish it ourselves.

This isn't a rendering. This isn't a concept. This is the lodge taking shape, board by board, on one of Patagonia's most storied rivers.

We've said Arroyo Pescado would open for the 2026-2027 season. We're on track. We've said it would be built with the same standard we apply to Southland Outfitter and River House Lodge. It is.

Because in this business, the only pitch that matters is the one you can point to and say: come see for yourself.
